Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Eden, North Carolina. You will work 3x8 hour day shifts totaling 24 hours per week, with no on-call requirements and Epic/Sectra/PACS system experience preferred.

Applicants should have ARRT or NMTCB registry, graduation from an accredited program, and BLS certification. This travel role offers a 13-week assignment with potential lead-technologist duties.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program with registry eligibility.
• ARRT or NMTCB registration required; must maintain registry status and CE annually.
• BLS certification required; license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform Nuclear Medicine procedures in accordance with protocols.
• Set up and operate imaging equipment; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records in RIS/CIS/PACS.
• May perform advanced duties such as PET imaging and lead technologist responsibilities.

Skills

3+ years nuclear medicine experience

BLS certification

CT/diagnostic technologist; registered

Education

Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program

ARRT or NMTCB registration
