Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role features a 13‑week contract, 40 hours per week, and shifts of 8 hours during the days. Travel employment is offered through a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency.

Requirements include AMA-approved training, 18 months of experience preferred, and ARRT registry. Benefits cover health, credentialing, housing, and retirement plans with continuous travel

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as well as other medications to patients.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment focused on patient care and safety.
