Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start: 10/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Pay: $2161 per week. On-site facility in Atlanta, GA.

The role requires one year of experience, state-registered Nuclear Medicine Tech credentials, and BLS. ARRT/CNMT preferred. Competitive benefits and strong clinical support accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech.
• Current Nuclear Medicine Technician license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Educates patients about nuclear medicine procedures and addresses questions.
• Maintains and inspects nuclear medicine equipment for proper functioning, reporting any malfunctions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals and other medications according to protocols.
• Monitors patients for adverse reactions and intervenes as necessary.
• Operates imaging equipment to create images of organs or areas based on physician orders.
• Documents procedures in patient records to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Follows hospital safety rules, policies, and radiation safety procedures to minimize exposure.
• Performs other duties as assigned within scope.
