Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• ARRT registry (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications for patient imaging and therapy.
• Process data and enhance digital images using computer Technology.
• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate images to determine instrumentation calibration and quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and promote national patient safety initiatives.
