Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Westerville, Ohio. The role involves preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring radiation safety. Travel pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications include one year of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience, an active Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiography license, and current BLS certification. ARRT/CNMT preferred.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech.
• Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: ARRT or CNMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients about nuclear medicine procedures and answers questions.
• Maintains and inspects nuclear medicine equipment for proper function and safety.
• Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals per established protocols.
• Monitors patients for adverse reactions and ensures safety.
• Operates imaging equipment to create diagnostic images.
• Documents procedure details in patient records for continuity of care.
