Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment. The role requires ARRT-N certification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine.

Active California licensure or eligible NLC licensure is required for the submission state, along with a valid driver’s license and two recent references. The candidate will work 8-hour days in an acute care Nuclear Medicine department using Cerner EMR, with 40 hours weekly and 12 hours of orientation

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Active CA state license required if applicable
• Active state or compact (NLC) licensure required for the state of submission; pending licenses not accepted
• Copy of driver’s license required for consideration
• Two professional references (supervisor within last 12 months; peer or supervisor within last 3 years) with dates and eligibility for rehire

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting in the Nuclear Medicine department
• Uses Cerner EMR
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 07:30-16:00
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (or 3 shifts for shorter assignments)
• PRN employment through outside firms will be considered if previously employed by CommonSpirit-affiliated facility within the past year
