Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 09/21/2026 for 16 weeks; guaranteed 40 hours per week; 8-hour days in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, operating gamma cameras, maintaining ALARA safety, processing images in Cerner EMR, coordinating with physicians, and educating patients.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire license or Compact state RN license required at time of submission.
• CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Two recent manager references with a skills checklist matching the specialty.
• EMR experience preferred; Cerner experience preferred but not required.
• RTO (request time off) must be included at time of submission.
• Up-to-date resume showing years of Nuclear Medicine experience and travel experience.
• Local rate consideration for locals (less than 50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to protocol, including patient preparation and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Operate gamma cameras (e.g., Siemens Symbia T6) and associated imaging equipment; ensure proper quality control and calibration.
• Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; monitor patient and staff safety during procedures.
• Process and analyze images, assist with data entry and documentation in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred).
• Communicate with physicians and technologists to ensure appropriate imaging protocols and timely results.
• Provide patient education, positioning assistance, and post-procedure care as needed; coordinate with the broader care team for patient flow.
