Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Columbus, Georgia. This role requires 2+ years of experience and ARRT (NM) and/or NMTCB certification, plus BLS.

You will work 40 hours per week, typically 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with 5x8 hour days; weekends are not required except for occasional call coverage. Assignments are performed in a busy Nuclear Medicine department using GE and Siemens imaging systems, with Epic, Pyxis, and PACS for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• ARRT NM and/or NMTCB certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with bone scans, 3-phase imaging, whole body scans, shunt studies, abdominal and ventricular imaging, and myocardial perfusion studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures across adult and pediatric populations.
• Maintain proficiency with SPECT imaging including bone, brain, liver, and renal studies.
