Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a CRT for NICU support in Fredericksburg, VA. Night shift, 12 hours, 3 days per week, onsite. Must have NICU experience and be able to use CPAP, HFNC, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 for ventilation.

Candidates should hold RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, NBRC, PALS and have 2 years RT experience; ACLS/NRP preferred; on‑hire training available.

• NICU experience required.
• CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP and Hamilton C1 ventilation experience.
• 2 years of general RT experience.

• Scheduling requirements: 3-12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend
• Floating policy: N/A
• Patient Experience requirements: adults, NICU required

Hospital Specifics-

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Preferred however can obtain after hire
