Aya Healthcare is seeking a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Monroe, LA. Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15), start date 10/12/2026, one opening. Pay range is $1,755–$1,985 weekly with Epic charting. Housing and benefits available.

Requirements include 1 year NICU experience, LA license or compact, and NRP/BLS certifications. Facility is an Acute Care Hospital with Level 3 trauma capabilities.

Qualifications

• LA License or Compact License required.
• NRP and BLS certifications are required or preferred.
