Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Metairie, LA, with Nights shifts and 3, 12-hour blocks (19:00 - 07:00). Start date 10/20/2026. Must have LA or Compact license, BLS/NRP, and 1 year NICU experience. Epic charting system is used for documentation.

Openings: 1. Pay ranges from $1,876 to $2,104 weekly. Benefits include premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance beginning day one, plus housing or stipend options where eligible.

Qualifications

• 1 year of NICU nursing experience required.
• LA license or Compact license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NICU patient care and family education.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and labs.
• Document in Epic and ensure charting accuracy.
