Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. The assignment is 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' recent acute care experience.
• Active RN license.
• BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required.
• Full travel assignment in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Responsibilities

• Care for neonates in NICU, monitor vital signs and initiate corrective actions.
• Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
• Perform dressings, start IVs, insert catheters and manage IV therapy.
• Monitor and adjust NICU equipment such as incubators and ventilators.
• Support parents and provide round-the-clock patient care with the care team.
