Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel NICU RN for a 12-week assignment in Fargo, ND. The RN will work 36 hours per week, predominantly night shifts, and provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a NICU setting.

Requirements include 1 year NICU RN experience, active RN license, BLS and NRP certifications. Preferred certifications include RNC-NIC, PALS or ENPC, with travel benefits and comprehensive support from Fusion.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a NICU RN.
• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) at time of hire.
• NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature neonates in NICU.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per neonatal nursing techniques.
• Perform neonatal assessments including vital signs and screenings.
• Operate NICU equipment such as ventilators and CPAP devices.
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and feeding.
