**Required Experience and Certifications:**- Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU level IV Hospital experience- BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), & PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- Level IV NICU experience required**Preferred Experience:**- PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience for floating- Post-surgical care experience**Skills and Qualifications:**- High degree of professionalism- Proactively seeks direction- Accountable/Reliable- Maintains emotional regulation in a high-acuity environment**Clinical Experience:**- Skills in intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, therapeutic hypothernia, lab draws, sepsis screening, gastric tube placement, circumcisions, and ROP exams.
