Job summary

Medical Talent is seeking a travel nurse RN for NICU in Indianapolis, Indiana. This 13-week travel assignment requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. You will join a Joint Commission-certified team dedicated to compassionate neonatal care and professional excellence.

You will hold an active Indiana license, have at least one year of clinical experience, and hold BLS/CPR. Our recruiters will support onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing assignments across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active license in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
