Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit travel RN will support sick and premature infants, provide critical care, and assist families as part of a full care team.

The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/NRP certifications, and an active RN license. 36 hours/week, 12-hour nights, 26-week assignment with travel benefits and tax-free stipends may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Must hold an active RN license and meet travel nurse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Care for neonates transitioning to extrauterine life.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Provide nutrition assessment and specialized feedings.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs as needed.
• Monitor equipment such as incubators and ventilators.
