Aya Healthcare is seeking a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse for an assignment in Omaha, NE. The 13-week opening runs days, with 3 twelve-hour shifts (07:00–19:30) and a start date of 10/05/2026.

Requirements include 1 year of RN experience, NE or Compact license, BLS and NIHSS certification, and Epic charting in a Level 1 Acute Care Hospital with 643 beds. Salary is $2300–$2493 weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience.
• Licensure: NE or Compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS and NIHSS.
• Proficient in Epic charting and neuro stepdown care.

Responsibilities

• Provide stepdown neuro patient care on day shift.
• Monitor neuro status and perform neuro assessments.
• Administer medications and manage IV infusions per protocol.
• Maintain Epic charting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
