Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse in Bridgeton, MO. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 4, 12-hour night schedule (19:00 - 07:30) and an on-site facility with Epic charting. Start date is 11/09/2026 and there is 1 opening.

Pay is $2,976 to $3,169 weekly, with 497-bed Level II acute care hospital and strong patient ratios at nights. Requires MO license or compact license and BLS; previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MO license or compact license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience: 1+ year preferred in stepdown/telemetry units.
