VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

The opportunity is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting. Start ASAP and work as a traveler with the VyTalent team, providing high-quality patient care and support across units.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for stepdown and med-surg patients in a hospital setting.
• Titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, anti-hypertensives, antiarrhythmics, phenobarbitol, ketamine, morphine, Dilaudid, Fentanyl, and TPN as orders.
• Assist with patient monitoring and documentation, including telemonitoring.
• Collaborate with charge RNs and house supervisors to ensure smooth unit operations.
• Support float requirements by covering different units as needed.
