VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a hospital contract in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The role offers a 13‑week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12‑hour shifts.

Start date is ASAP and travel experience is preferred. Responsibilities include inpatient care, telemetry, and collaboration with charge nurses to maintain high-quality patient care in the Stepdown unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an inpatient hospital setting, including unit IMU with beds and ratios of 1:03.
• Manage typical step-down patients with diagnoses such as POST MI WITH SHEATH PULL, ADHS, POSTOP VASCULAR, GI BLEED, DKA.
• Titrate drips including Nitroglycerine up to 150mcg/kg/min, Neo up to 100mcg/min, and Cardene up to 10mg/hr as required.
• Read strips and monitor patients with telemetry.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors, ensuring proper patient care and unit operation.
