Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

The RN will provide direct patient care in a hospital setting across Cardiac, MedSurg, IDDM, COPD, Trauma, Ortho, ENT, and Urology units. Telemetry will be titrated and read on each shift, with collaboration alongside charge nurses and supervisors. Dress code and protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with WV eligibility.
• 13-week contract; 36 hours per week; 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in Stepdown/Telemetry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, including MedSurg, Cardiac, IDDM, COPD, Trauma, Ortho, ENT, and Urology patients.
• Titrate drips in Stepdown and Floor units, including Heparin gtts.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips accurately.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors on each shift.
• Adhere to unit dress code and protocols.
