Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Neuro Stepdown RN for a travel nursing assignment in Castro Valley, California. The role focuses on specialized neuro care on a 30-bed unit with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week.

Requirements include CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and at least 2 years of stepdown/telemetry experience; orientation is provided, with a 12-hour orientation period.

Formación

• CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, with at least 2 years of experience in a step down or telemetry unit.
• Valid CA licensure obtained via Nursys within the last 2 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Care for adult and geriatric patients on a neuro 30-bed unit with a 3:1 step down and 4:1 telemetry mix.
• Manage neuro-related diagnoses including stroke and neuro-surgical care.
• Daily census of approximately 29 patients; 12-hour day shifts.
