Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Neuro ICU travel RN for a Winston-Salem, NC assignment. This 13-week contract features a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts starting 10/19/2026. Travel nursing position focused on neurocritical care and ICP/ventilator management.

Responsibilities include monitoring neuro patients, administering meds, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Requires 2+ years in critical care and ACLS/BCLS/NIHSS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
• Current RN license, preferably compact state compliant.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS.
• Proficient in ICP monitoring, ventilator management, and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients with neurological conditions, including ICP, stroke, and seizures.
• Perform ventilator management and titrations of sedatives and vasoactive drips.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and conduct ABG interpretation.
• Caretake for ICP management and EVD procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
