Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel ICU RN for a Cleveland, OH assignment. The 13-week travel role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour rotating shifts in the Neuro ICU, and immediate start for an experienced ICU nurse.

Ideal candidates hold ACLS, BLS and NIH certifications with 1–2 years of acute care ICU experience. Responsibilities include bedside care, medication administration, tests, and family education in a high‑acuity setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required.
• 1–2 years acute care ICU experience.
• Travel nurse eligibility in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patients in the ICU and provide direct care.
• Document and implement physician-directed care plans and delegate tasks as needed.
• Educate and support patient families, including long-term care planning when appropriate.
• Perform bedside care, administer medications, order and evaluate diagnostic tests and monitor lab results.
