Job summary

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Neuro ICU RN for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. The role requires 12-hour nights, 36 total hours per week, and a 13-week duration starting ASAP.

Licensure in IL, plus BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification, are required; duties include titrating drips, interpreting strips, and ventilator management in neuro-critical care. Qualifications

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification.

Responsibilities

• Titrate drips as ordered.
• Troubleshoot RT equipment and interpret patient strips.
• Provide neuro ICU nursing care with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Manage ventilators and arterial/central lines as needed.
• Assist in acute stroke management and post-craniectomy care.
