Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona. The ICU travel nurse will evaluate and monitor patients in an Intensive Care Unit, provide direct patient care, educate families, and coordinate with physicians to implement care plans.

This role requires 1–2 years of recent acute care ICU experience, ACLS/BLS, and a willingness to travel. The position offers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a tax-free stipends package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in Neuro ICU.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs in ICU setting.
• Administer medications and document responses.
• Order and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
