• Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.
• Understanding of ExpressRoute and Azure Virtual Networks.
• Experience in WAN/Internet transport and routing (BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN).
• Understanding of network security and STIG.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and deploy network solutions for customers.
• Develop documentation on customer systems and objectives.
• Meet with customers to demo/train on new network architecture.
• Make configuration changes and deploy patches as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and engineer Azure cloud environments.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking aNetwork Deployment Engineerto support a program with the Intelligence Community on-site inSpringfield, VA, with up to 25-50%.TheNetwork Deployment Engineer will deliver solutions to customers and network systems in accordance with customer requirements. This is a long-term job opportunity. Work is on site in Springfield, VA with up to 25-50% travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Responsibilities for theNetwork Deployment Engineerinclude:

• Deliver and deploy network solutions as required for selected customer
• Develop documentation on customer systems and objectives
• Meet with customers to demo/train on new network architecture
• Make configuration changes and deploy patches as necessary
• Troubleshoot and engineer Azure cloud environments

Compensation for theDatabase Engineerinclude:

• Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
