Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking reliable Mystery Shoppers to conduct in-person evaluations at retail locations. This field-based position involves traveling to department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other retail locations to evaluate customer service, store conditions, compliance, and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to complete mystery shopping evaluations
• Visit department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other assigned locations
• Observe and evaluate customer service, store conditions, procedures, and compliance
• Accurately document observations and interactions
• Complete detailed evaluation reports within required deadlines
• Follow all assignment instructions and evaluation guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while conducting assignments
• Communicate any issues or concerns related to an assignment
• Travel up to 250 miles, depending on assignment requirements
