Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sonora, California. The role requires operating multiple imaging modalities and collaborating with the imaging team to meet department goals.

Start date is 11/09/2026 with a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule. Weekly pay ranges from $2,521 to $2,568, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in radiologic technology required.
• CA RT license with current status.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Active certification in at least one advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET).
• BLS or CPR certification from an approved vendor.
• Minimum two years of recent radiology experience.
• EPIC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment; perform at least three modalities.
• Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Test defibrillator readiness and verify crash cart functionality.
• Prepare contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Perform mobile imaging as needed and assist in operating room imaging.
• Maintain patient safety and equipment checklists; collaborate with imaging team.
