Job summary

AEC Alliance is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee New Ground Up Multifamily projects from inception to completion. You will manage the full lifecycle of the construction, coordinate on-site subcontractors, and maintain quality and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate is local to the Carolinas or willing to travel, with a track record of leading multifamily builds. Per diem and furnished housing are provided, and you can expect weekend home time on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Currently a Multifamily Superintendent with a General Contractor or Developer.
• Successful completion of at least 2 Multifamily projects as a Lead Superintendent.
• Proficient in creating and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, with the ability to make necessary adjustments.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading by example.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee New Ground Up Multifamily projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project lifecycle including schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate on-site subcontractors and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Travel as needed; per diem and furnished housing provided; home every weekend.
