Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Columbia, SC. This MS/Tele role is a 13‑week contract with a night schedule, 19:00–07:00, and a 36-hour workweek. Travelers must hold SC or multi‑state licenses, BLS/ACLS, and Epic experience. Two years MS/Tele experience preferred; NIHSS encouraged.

The assignment is at a hospital with hurricane protocols in place and requires on‑call availability and block schedule approvals. First‑time travelers welcome.

Qualifications

• SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Epic experience required.
• 2+ years MS/Tele experience required.
• NIHSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to MS/Tele patients during night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet care standards.
• Document patient information using Epic charting.
• Float between units as needed to meet facility demands.
• Follow hurricane response protocols during hurricane season.
