Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. The role is 40 hours per week with evenings, offering a contract/temporary travel position and a 16-week duration.

Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, patient interaction, and ensuring safety and quality of care in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of MRI experience, an active state license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience in a clinical setting.
• Active MRI license for the required state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Proficiency in MRI procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a hospital setting; EP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Follow protocol and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Perform patient interviews to explain procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, remove hazards, monitor patient.
• Train new hires and students.
