Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 16-week assignment in Burlington, Vermont. The right candidate has 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and applicable state licensure. The role entails 40 hours per week with evenings shifts.

You will perform MRI procedures, screen for safety, assist radiologists, and maintain accurate records, while traveling with a tax-free stipend to support assignments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience is required.
• Must have ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification and BLS.
• State-specific licensing may be required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and explain procedures to patients.
• Screen patients for MRI safety before procedures.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients for scans.
• Assist radiologist and load/operate power injectors for contrast.
• Follow radiation safety and maintain patient records.
