Job summary
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Savannah, Georgia. The role requires performing MRI procedures, preparing and positioning patients, and following physician scanning instructions to produce diagnostic images.
Candidates must have ARRT certification, MRI advanced level, state licensure, 2 years of MRI experience and BLS. Prior experience with GE and Siemens systems and Epic is preferred.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification required.
- MRI advanced level certification and state licensure required.
- Minimum 2 years of MRI tech experience.
- BLS certification required.
- ARRT (MR) certification required.
- Experience with GE and Siemens MRI scanners.
- Experience with Epic documentation system.
- Experience performing all MRI procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients according to physician instructions.
- Accurately interpret scanning instructions and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain equipment and comply with safety and quality protocols.
