Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Round Rock, TX. The role requires 36 hours per week on the night shift, performing MRI scans and ensuring patient safety while delivering quality diagnostic images.

Qualifikationen

• Radiology program with MRI specialization.
• One year of MRI Tech experience.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Aufgaben

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications before procedures.
• Educate patients on MRI procedures and address questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media per orders.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters as needed.
• Document all procedure details in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely results.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace per infection control policies.
• Follow hospital safety and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within the MRI Technologist scope.
