MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Round Rock, Texas. The role requires MRI expertise, critical care awareness, and a state radiology license. The position is a 13-week travel contract with nights, 12-hour shifts, and 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have completed a two-year radiologic technology program, ARRT registration, and 18 months of MRI experience. Travel benefits and comprehensive credentials support are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• MRI technologists operate scanners, ensuring patient safety and image quality.
• Position patients and coils, and manage contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters, monitor image data, and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a professional manner.
