Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The role involves independently performing MRI procedures, patient positioning, and image optimization on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT MRI registry or CNMT/ARMRIT/ARDMS MRI registry within specified timelines, 2+ years MRI experience, BLS, and PA licenses. The 13-week assignment includes a 36-hour minimum per week and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology with MRI registry.
• MRI registry must be acquired within 18 months of hire or date of primary registry.
• Minimum 2 years MRI experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid PA licenses (Act 31/33/34/73).

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures and ensure protocol adherence.
• Identify patients and verify information.
• Document clinical information and archive imaging data in electronic records.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and the radiology team in a fast-paced setting.
