Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Martinsburg, WV seeks an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will perform MRI imaging, ensure image quality, and provide patient care while supporting physicians with accurate results.

Requirements include ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of MRI experience; state licensing as required. The role offers 40 hours/week, night shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package through TotalMed Allied.

• State licensing if required

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to patients
• Screen patients for MRI safety before procedures
• Position patients for scans and ensure safety
• Assist radiologist during procedures
• Administer contrast media as directed
• Evaluate image quality and label images correctly
• Load power injectors for contrast administration
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Understand and use PACS system
