Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a Days shift assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the MRI department
• Day shift schedule with 2x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MRI
• Current ARRT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to perform minor nursing skills including IV starts and discontinuation
• Ability to provide diagnostic MRI scans for radiologist interpretation and assist with special MRI procedures

Additional Information

• Provide diagnostic MRI scans for interpretation by radiologist
• Assist radiologist in performance of special MRI procedures
• Deliver patient care essential to MRI scan procedures
• Facility is an acute care hospital and the only Level III Trauma Center between St. Louis and Jefferson City
• Facility is designated as a Level II Stroke Center and Level II STEMI Center
• Up to 5 days of RTO allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Accepts local candidates
