Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for an immediate travel opening in Kealakekua, Hawaii. The 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour shift, with travel compensation and a tax-free stipend details to be determined.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and any required state licensing. Responsibilities include performing MRI scans, preparing patients, and assisting radiologists while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of MRI experience.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with registration in MRI, and state licensing when required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and handle patient care during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure high-quality images for interpretation.
• Prepare patients and ensure safety during imaging procedures.
• Position patients and assist radiologists during scans.
• Load contrast media and monitor patient response per protocol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use McKesson PACS system.
