MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a Pittsfield, MA assignment. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 16-hour daytime shifts on a travel basis.

The MRI Technologist will operate scanners, ensure patient safety, prepare patients, and inject contrast as needed while maintaining high imaging standards. A two-year radiologic technology program and ARRT registry are required, with 18 months MRI experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment, ensuring patient safety.
• Position patients and coils for imaging procedures.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and monitor image data during scans.
• Recognize and respond to life threatening situations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients.
