TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Staten Island, New York. The MRI Tech will perform imaging, patient prep, and safety screening while ensuring high-quality images for physician interpretation. Candidates must have 1 year of experience, BLS, and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification; state licensing may be required.

The role involves 8-hour shifts, evenings, and travel duties with stipend considerations; benefits and per diem details vary by assignment.

• Verify patient identity and explain MRI procedures to patients.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.

• Operate MRI equipment and assist radiologists during procedures.
• Load and administer contrast media per protocol.
• Ensure image quality and proper labeling for interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and utilize PACS system.
