Qualifications

• Current ARRT (MR) certification or eligibility.
• Licensed/registered as an MRI Technologist as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year recent MRI Tech experience (hospital or acute care setting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety and MRI protocols.
• Effective communication and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of MRI examinations following physician orders and facility procedures.
• Operate MRI equipment safely to ensure quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality assurance.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and infection control standards.
