Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Liberty, Missouri. The role offers a daytime schedule with no floating, and requires ARRT(MR) and BLS certifications, plus MRI experience.

You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, position patients, and ensure high-quality imaging while following safety protocols. This position includes weekday shifts, weekly call rotations, and assignment-length benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
• At least 1 year of MRI experience; 2–3 years preferred.
• MRI safety screening, patient positioning, imaging protocols and image-quality.
• Ability to operate MRI equipment and document procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to protocols and orders.
• Screen, prepare, and position patients for safe imaging.
• Operate MRI equipment and evaluate images for diagnostic quality.
• Follow MRI safety procedures and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in scheduled call rotations, including weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage.
