Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks a licensed MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Berlin, VT. The role involves performing MRI exams on children and adults, administering IV contrast, and coordinating with radiologists in a hospital radiology department.

On-site shifts are 4x10 hours with weekly pay and a 13–16 week duration. The position requires ARRT MRI certification, 2+ years of MRI experience, EPIC EMR proficiency, and readiness for on-call rotations and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI certification required; equivalency accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Teaching facility experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years.
• CT/X-ray training; ability to work in a hospital radiology department with on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation; flexible start times and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations for adults and children; follow protocols, position patients, select sequences, and monitor during scans.
• Administer IV contrast and monitor for adverse reactions; document findings.
• Document results in EMR and communicate with radiologists/referring clinicians.
• Provide cross-imaging support (CT/X-ray) as needed within the radiology dept.
• Maintain MRI equipment and perform basic QC; uphold safety and privacy standards.
