American Traveler is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Titusville, FL. The role requires 1+ year MRI experience, ARRT MR certification, and Meditech/PACS proficiency.

Work is 40 hours weekly on 10-hour days, with on-call rotation and potential floating within the hospital scope. The position covers outpatient, inpatient, and ER imaging in a community hospital setting with a 1.5T MRI system and 210 beds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI Technologist experience.
• ARRT certification required; MR specialty preferred.
• Outpatient, inpatient, ER, and community hospital imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging across abdomen/pelvis, head and neck, spine, and musculoskeletal studies.
• Frequent imaging of brain, face/soft tissue neck, and cervical/lumbar/thoracic spine.
• Experience with diffusion imaging, gradient echo, image post-processing, MIP and MPR techniques preferred.
• Prepare and/or administer contrast media and start peripheral IVs.
