Job Details

• Position Description: Independently performs MRI procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining clinical competency for all exams and equipment.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology, or completion of an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT, or ARDMS program with MR registry. MR registry must be acquired within 18 months of primary registry acquisition or hire date if already obtained. CNMT, ARDMS, and ARMRIT graduates must obtain MR registry within 12 months of hire date. Two years of relevant experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: ARRT Certificate or equivalent (ARMRIT, NMTC, ARDMS), BLS, and required state-specific certifications.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Review patient history and physician orders, apply departmental protocols, properly identify patients, document information accurately, and ensure all exams are coded and archived appropriately.
