Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT(MR) certification.

Details

• 355-bed Duke Lifepoint hospital with Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU
• 1 MRI unit at Main Campus plus a mobile unit and Open MRI at an off-site imaging center
• Equipment includes GE at Main Campus, GE Mobile unit, and Open Hitachi at Imaging Center
• Cerner EHR system used
• Day shift from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with every other weekend
• Weekend call rotation for STAT imaging requests, including Friday night and Saturday/Sunday coverage
• Potential to float to an outpatient imaging center approximately 5 minutes from Main Campus
• Performs MRI with anesthesia and stroke-related imaging studies

Requirements

Additional Information

• Scrub color is flexible
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Local candidates may be considered at a reduced local rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
