Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract assignment in Flower Mound, Texas. The role involves performing MRI exams, ensuring patient safety, and operating Philips MRI systems in a hospital setting.

Requirements include ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration, a radiologic technology degree, BLS, and 2+ years of MRI experience. The 13-week travel contract offers weekly pay with full benefits and ongoing support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT or ARMRIT or CAMRT registered.
• Current state license (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years of MRI Tech experience in a hospital or imaging center.
• Strong technical knowledge and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
