TotalMed Allied is actively seeking a travel MRI Technologist for Midland, MI. The role involves operating MRI equipment, ensuring image quality, and delivering safe patient care during imaging procedures.

The MRI Tech will prepare patients, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with radiologists to process and review scans. 1 year of experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, and appropriate state licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of MRI experience required.
• Current BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with MR registration.
• State licensing as required.

Responsabilités

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Interpret doctors' instructions for MRI scans.
• Position patients for scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Load and operate contrast injectors as directed.
